Roll out your mat for a good cause and join us for a fun kids yoga class in support of the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.
This playful kids yoga class will keep your child motivated and moving with stretching and standing poses, breathing instruction, and relaxation techniques.
This class is geared towards children ages 2-8 but everyone is welcome!
Parents + Caregivers – don’t forget your yoga mat! You and your child will be bonding while exploring your senses and moving though active yoga sequences, energizing music, yoga-inspired games, and mindfulness activities.
